Has anyone ran the Evo 3.5" long arm kit yet? I am thinking that with 37", 5.13 gears, chromoly axles to delete the axle disconnect bs, currie anti rocks.
I don't think anyone other than EVO has a set installed or at least, not as of yet. The JL is NOT a JK and 5.13's would be way too high of a ratio for just 37's. With the all new 8-speed automatic, you won't even feel the need for a regear. Regarding chromoly shafts, nobody has any as of yet and you can't just "delete" the FAD. There's a lot of work that needs to happen inside the transfer case if you really want to do that. Last but not least, I have always found Currie Antirocks to be too stiff and will LIMIT your flex on the rocks and will be too soft and will provide too much sway in hard turns. This is to say nothing about how noisy they can be too. But then, that's just me.
Anyone know when/if EVO will develop their DTD for the JL?? Or for that matter have a Coil-Over setup??
They already have a standard coil over and are developing the DTD now. They're just taking their time testing it out before releasing it.
