Can anyone shed any light on the 48 volt mild hybrid battery life if you do not use the auto start-stop feature? I heard from a dealer rep that if you do not use the auto stop-start feature that it will reduce the life of that battery. Not sure if that rep really knew what he was talking about or not. I do know that using it or not I see the battery indicator reads 14-14.1 volt most of the time. Anyone with technical insight on this issue would be appreciated.
