I was told $250 a yr if I paid upfront. If not it was 30 a month if you keep all of the features activated if I remember right. Seemed a little pricey to me.

What do I get for my $250/yr? Is there any part of it that still works for free after the first year?

I bet if you let it expire they offer renewal at discount price for another year. Same as Onstar and Sirus Radio
