Turning off Electric Steering

Like no power steering? Like you own a car from the 50’s?

You still have hydraulic steering, you are just turning off the electric influence on the power steering box. I am curious if a lot of these steering issues are electrical. Either the sensor or a glitch in the program.

I want to see if anyone else has tried it to see if their experience was the same as mine.

The way I read that is the hydro pump needs the electric pump to work since it's not driven by any motor pulley.

Remove the electric pump and you'd have tough steering since no fluid is being cycled?

The electric pump is what provides the hydraulic. Shut it off you have manual steering but worse as you are manually moving a box full of hydraulic fluid
