I have a JLU Rubicon with the 2.2 diesel (export RHD version). I've had the ECU remapped and now it has fantastic Horse power and amazing Torque however I have now noticed the shift points are set too low and it changes gears a bit late so it labours and doesnt want to shift down sometimes. I feel it needs it shift points changed by about 200 RPM.
I run 33" ATR tires around town but do change to 35" muddies when on the trails. I do recalibrate the tyre size using the Jscan app so the speedo is correct so this shouldn't be the issue. Jscan don't have an app yet to reset or change shift points on the JL or JT 8 speed trans.
