Deciding on a sector shaft brace, steer smarts or synergy, any thoughts on either?

If you don't drill out the knuckle wouldn't you end up with a skinny shaft on the ball joint? At least on top of the knuckle where the drag link makes contact? CJW; Good question, the reverse taper top mount is stronger than the original joint. The no drill joint process has a large shoulder...

I bought a Steer Smarts drag link for my JL trying to cure DW, and worked great.
however there was a instructions issue which didn’t explain the tapered bushing use on my Jeep, but I called and SS answered my questions and it all worked out great. It finally cured my DW issue. But probably any brand of “heavy duty” drag link would have cured it. But for price vs. Quality it was IMO the best choice.

Oh yeah, steer smarts good stuff, I put the track bar - sector shaft brace on, that made a huge difference in the steering.

If it's worth anything, I purchased and installed the Synergy Sector shaft brace when it first released... didn't do a darn thing for my steering. Waste of my time and money.

I did the steer smarts sector shaft brace, steer smarts track bar and drag link, made a huge difference, night and day.
