Check Engine light

I bought my 18’ Wrangler back in November and now my check engine light is on. It came up as a misfire and I brought it to the dealership. They ran a diagnostic and it said O2 sensors for upstream and downstream. So I replaced the sensors and the check engine light is still on and now the check engine light occasionally flashes and feels like it’s running worse . I brought it back to the dealer and now the diagnostic is saying O2 sensors for the opposite side which I feel can’t be right . Has anyone else experienced this problem before ? It seems the dealership doesn’t even know what’s wrong and said you can either replace those sensors and go from there or start pulling apart the engine .
