Not too surprising in a place where housing is $1,000/sq ft. People there are used to paying ridiculous prices for things. Wouldn't be shocked if there was a State, County, City, Neighborhood and Street tax applied to it as well.

The Owner of the dealer should probably start driving it since they want to keep it...walked into a dealer today, looked at a rubicon with a sticker of 52.9k, without any haggling or dealing they offered a 3-4K discount. It drives real nice, but too rich for my blood. Some day.

Local dealer with same need.

My local dealer had a JK Rubicon Recon that he refused to sell for less than MSRP! It sat in the parking lot for nearly 7 months. At least it got washed every few days as they moved it around the lot. I guess he wouldn't let it be transferred to another dealer either. He was determined to max out the asking price.

Someone with more money than sense will want to be the first kid on the block with a JLUR. Might as well be 100K. Cant afford it right now.
