Wait for the atlas for the JL or run on stock transfercase

I have a question for the more experienced people.

I am currently driveshaftless after my axle swap to a Dana 60 kingpin front and Dana 80 rear....

1) do I order the driveshafts for the oem transfercase to the aftermarket axles?

2) do I wait until atlas has a working bolt-on transfercase to order new driveshafts?

Will the oem transfercase be strong enough to run 42” treps?

I haven't seen any issues with the factory transfer case. I would just stick with it.
