Yeah, I'm with JP - my dealer warrantied my JKU and it was very far from stock. They installed the 4.88s, new axle seals, and rebuilable ball joints while I was in the hospital. They also sold me the Jeep back in 2012 with a nice big Military Discount.

If a dealer doesn't warranty a Jeep because of modifications then find a new dealership. That's the bottom line.
