Anyone have an idea of whether there’s a nutsert or a tack welded nut on the inside of these bracket bolts? Unable to remove them as they just spin relatively freely. Trying to get something underneath the bolt head to put downward pressure as I try to remove but no luck yet. Appreciate any feedback.
