I understand. I was comparing it to the jku 2” lift. It probably is softer now. I have a 2 door JL Rubicon so I would have much more than 2” lift with the Rancho lift. The dynatrac gave me just over 2” with steel bumpers and a winch.

Question to you Gent’s that installed the kit yourself at home, how long did it take you to get the job done?

With all the right tools and know how, you can do this in 4 hours or less. If this is your first time, could be the better part of a day.

If you take your time, follow the directions you should be fine. If I’m not mistaken it’s springs, bumpstops, sway bar links, shocks & brake line extensions. 4-5 hours should be enough time. Make sure to torque to spec.
