    JLUR Hard top center point

All, Iím over engineering (cause thatís the fun part) a simple lift to remove my hardtop utilizing my new fancy Chinese Smittybilt Gen2 winch.

Does anyone know the centerpoint or weight of the hardtop? Iím guessing itís somewhere just aft of halfway but Iím looking for an actual measurement.

Iíll post a video when complete

Lol. I doubt anyone has measured the center point, but in the meantime, if you haven't already, check out this video and you may get some ideas while seeing it lifted up.

I measured the ďT-barĒ on my Lange hoist. The distance between the metal bracket that hooks the hardtop at the rear and the hoisting eyelet is 21 inches.

Thanks ncb, exactly what I was looking for.

Eddie, this was the first video of yours I watched, and have been addicted to them every since. Lol

Iíll post an amateur video once I get my lift working.
