Got the ARB compressor installed so I now have onboard air on the Gladiator. Works great. I used the Wayalife ACM (air compressor mount) found here: https://jlwrangler.com/showthread.p...JL-JT-Under-the-Hood-ARB-Air-Compressor-Mount

Great product, great location to fit the compressor, and great write-up to follow.

The compressor is still slightly visible with the hood open.

And I mounted my air chuck under the hood using a factory nut that had a large washer that was already there. When I shut the hood and used a flashlight, it looks like there is still an inch of space to spare. The bracket came with the ARB Remote Hose Coupling Kit.

Pretty sweet set up. Besides the ARB compressor and the ACM plate, what other parts were needed for a set up like this?

Thanks. I used all of the items listed in the links in post 1 of the write up here: https://jlwrangler.com/showthread.p...JL-JT-Under-the-Hood-ARB-Air-Compressor-Mount.

The only thing extra I got was the abrasion sleeve: https://www.amazon.com/WISAUTO-Slee...eat+Shield&qid=1578264146&s=automotive&sr=1-1

You also will have to order some kind of inflater. They don't sell the ARB one I've used for years but ordered a very similar one last night: https://www.amazon.com/ARB-ARB605-I...xible+Hose&qid=1578264273&s=automotive&sr=1-1

Thank you for the links! I’ll probably be going with the same or similar set up. Looks clean and love the color match[emoji23]

No problem. And Eddie and Cindy just released a video of the install process about an hour ago. It covers the install really well. This really is a great location for the compressor on the JL/JT platform and especially if you have the aux switches. Really clean install.

Yup just saw the video. Just what I needed now that I’m thinking of doing an on board air system. Thanks again man.

Really thinking about just pulling the wheels and tires off of the JK and putting them on the JT. It will require new lug nuts. But it looks and feel soooo right.
