    Even the factory BFG's are probably over inflated at spec, FCA has to create as little rolling resistance as possible for EPA ratings. Over inflated tire has a smaller contact patch with the ground for less resistance & sidewalk flex is minimized further reducing resistance.

    I finally settled on 28 PSI. At 30 PSI and above the Jeep handle terribly, wandered all over the road and was generally unstable. I have a feeling that a majority of people who complain about the steering on the JL simply have too much pressure in the tires.
