Soft Top on a dual top JLU

Hi All,

This is a question for the folks that have the dual top option on their JLU's.

I work with a guy who is going to sell me his soft top that came with his JL. The boxes that came with his Jeep haven't been opened yet so I assume everything in those are intact. Are all the pieces required to assemble and mount the soft top inside the boxes that shipped with the Jeep? I know on the JK some of the mounting hardware was pre-assembled on the Jeep from the factory. Do I need to have him remove anything from his Jeep that isn't in the shipping boxes?

Any insight would be great.

The dual top JLU is shipped differently than the dual top JKU. IIRC all of the components of the JLU soft-top were in the huge box in the cargo area. The JKU had the soft top brackets already attached to the roll bar, but this is not the case with the JLU.
