    Removing rear bumper w/park sense

Couldnít get the 37 tire on the tailgate due the the steel bumper. I didnít like the bumper and I donít care about the park sense. I was just worried about having a light go crazy on the dash. I thought Eddie had the sensors and asked him about it. Thanks for the reply Eddie. I figured I would unplug it and try. Well, good news. It has no warning lights. Only a parksense unavailable message when you go in reverse. No lights other than the one where you can turn it off. Thatís perfect. Anyway...I removed the bumper and installed the tire and off we go. Now I will just install the stinger from Eddie when wheeling and all is well. Couple pics.

Anyway to mount the sensors on the frame rail to maybe keep them intact?

I was trying to find a way to do just that, but they are so sensitive they would be going off constantly. Iím keeping them just in case but itís less bothersome now than when they worked. Lol. Nothing else changed except the small message when in reverse. No check lights or anything.

Unless you mount them farther aft, they will see the tire. Even my lod bumper that has the holes is about useless. I tried for weeks to, move, twist, point them in a way to work. I gave up. They are very finicky and directional.
