40” tires rub, bumpstops don’t line up and the ride is nowhere close to what I had imagined.
Time to fine tune things little by little.

Rubbing with the 40s
Tires rub the factory rubicon rock rails. Either remove them or cut them a few inches shorter towards the front of the vehicle.
Lock to lock it binds on my front poison spyder bumper

I would start with the proper axles. You want to run 40’s you need the proper equipment.

Agreed. There is no way I would run greater than 37's on stock axles. And even then, I understand that I have to take care.
My Coop 37x13.5s are pretty happy at 28psi (chalk and ride).
