More than likely, although you may have to get creative. There's a thread somewhere with a fellow that was able to install a Warn PowerPlant with a factory plastic bumper.

are the factory Winch Bumpers Crap? Should we have EVO do a proper front bumper too? I didnt have the choice not to include it in the LE build.

Only bad thing I have found so far is the plastic fog light bezel will break if it scrapes a rock... Other than that I like mine.
Also I had to modify it and the mounting plate slightly to get my winch to fit, it is a Warn 9.5-XPS and I used the Warn mounting plate.

Good to know, we may just replace the bumper, i though the whole thing was steel.... we may do something like this...
