So I upgraded to the rubicon wheels a few months back, and was wanting to go with a 35x12.5x17 tire but I ended up getting 37x12.5x17.

I’m not sure what back spacing is needed to run a 37x12.5x17 on a Jeep Jl SPORT 2 door. IMG_4847.jpg I’m lifted 2.5”

I have 1-3/4 wheel spacer that will be installed when the 37’s go on.

So my question is will I need more back spacing to run the 37. I don’t wanna rub on the control arms!!
Thanks

Wow, nice car
According to the searches I did about Liftkit
* As well as the videos that Eddie raised
The backspace should be at least 4.75 to insert a 37 "
The wheel data Eddie recommended was
backspace: 4.75
offset: 0
From what I see you are assembling a tire on the original wheel
It is necessary to check the wheel for the figure of the offset
Usually the offset in the original wheel is +XX
Then do a calculation
for the spacer that you need
