So on a stock rubicon axle, a 17x9 3.5” BS will fit fine? With the factory fenders as well? Thanks for the help

Other factors need to be considered as well. What size lift? I'm running a 2.5" lift with 2.5" bumpstop extensions. I had to split my factory fenders in order to get the clearance there. Width wise, you'd be good with a 3.5" backspace. Once you start flexing it's a whole different story. :)
Also, that factory FAD unit will not like 40s. It will snap like a twig.

Had to wait a few months, but they came in at the end of March. Good to go now!

Looking good!!! Are you planning on getting a different tire carrier or keeping the one you have?

Just installed the Motobilt carrier yesterday. Awesome carrier! Very sturdy.
