Seat Noise

My passenger seat pops and creaks when making turns if there is a passenger sitting in it. I checked torque on bolts for the seat mounts but all looks good. I can replicate it by rocking backrest in a diagonal side to side and front to back motion. Noise is coming from seat track and lower seat area.

Any ideas? Or has anyone else have it happen?
