LOD Offroad Bumpers

I'm wanting to get this rear bumper. Would love to see some pics and hear your thoughts once you get it installed!

Destroyer Shorty with standard license plate relo, no rear sensors, blanks instead of light bezels. Sorry I can't figure out how to rotate the one pic, which shows the addition of 315/70/R17 BFG KO2s instead of the stock wheels. I like the way the slimmer bumper profile works with the larger tires and fender flares.

Pretty straightforward to install, especially if replacing the plastic bumper. A couple tips:

(i) The most time consuming part is removing all the garbage that comes with the OEM plastic bumper and doing the wiring. Actually installing the LOD is pretty easy if you use a floor jack to move it into place.

(ii) You will have to cut the OEM license plate light wire harness and splice it with the LED wiring that comes with the license plate relo kit. You don't need all the wire that comes with OEM plastic bumper; just cut it off at a reasonable spot and don't worry about taking apart the whole plastic bumper to get the all the wiring out.

What’s your opinion of the black finish of your rear bumper? I’m concerned about the textured finish and it matching up with rest of the Jeep. It’s very hard to tell the actual texture in any of the pics even on LOD website. Do you happen to have a close up pic of the bumper next to the fenders?
