    My question was aimed more towards the high clearance aspect of the kit, not that the stock axles suck: On the High Clearance EVO kit for the JK's, the axle end of the rear control arms have mounts that are welded onto the axle that give it really crazy clearance and it's used for the EVO Lever rear system - see arrows in photo below. What I didn't realize was that the JL version uses bolt on mounts for the rear end of the rear control arms. That's pretty cool.

    Thanks! I learned from my old truck going through several different lifts until I did it right. Wanted to do it right the first time this time and ultimately save money.

    EVO MFG JLU High Clearance LA Kit also requires new mounts on the rear axle. From the install instructions located on their website:

    Man that sounds like an all or nothing upgrade! Pretty cool, Im waiting on the result. Interesting for me is especially how ride quality changes, both on and off road. Looking forward to see it

    Haha I wish. My daily driver was paid off and I worked a ton of overtime and saved up a lot. I knew what I wanted a worked for it.

    Looks good. Really happy with out JLU. Traded our 2016 JKU for it. Love it.
