Wife finally got her Mojito 2019 JLU Rubicon. She’s been wanting one for some time now. Me. Of course encouraged her, wink.

Pictures coming soon

Drove it home on salty roads, arg. Took it to a buddy’s, put it on a lift and cleaned it. Currently drying and waiting for him to undercoat it. Pictures of the 2.0 coming soon.
BTW. Love that motor. Oops. Wife loves that motor
She’s joining the stable of our 1942 GPW and 1954 Kaiser.

His intention was to restore it but we all know about intentions. My wife and I asked if we could rebuild it and were given the go ahead. The project took the better part of a year and was completed one week before Memorial Day in 2014. On May 26 2014,which was his 89th birthday, he was in the Memorial Day parade riding in his dream.
