Classic double tube bumper on a JL?

Has anyone on these forums (or others :( ) installed a classic double tube bumper on a JL? I really like the style of the bumpers (especially on a CJ/TJ), but honestly I don't think it looked great on the JK (full disclosure I've never been able to like the JK period, grille just... me-no-likey) and I've yet to find a photo of one installed on a JL. Here's a couple links to the type I'm referring to.

Really? On a CJ maybe but a JL?? :icon_crazy: Might as well throw a 10" lift on it while you're at it

WTF, four shocks each wheel on that CJ?! How hard does this guy bash his jeep and what about his back and neck......
And for the tube bumper, do what you like.
I have only seen ones like that at qtec. But with a good metal worker and some steel you can make your own if you dont like the offered ones.
Maybe a cool idea, since the JL grille reminds of the CJ grille
