Can’t find inside light bar mount from Nacho

I havent seen it yet, but you could take a look around your sun visors to maybe make your own, specific for lights you want.
But: I think there will be massive reflections when turning these on, and during night time or in the dark (when most people turn lights on) I could imagine it to be blinding for yourself. Did you try something like that with a good torch?

This ^^^^^

Nacho was a concept Jeep and if I could guess, they just adapted a light mount that's normally used on emergency vehicles.

That's not just a mount. Those are custom lights with rubber surrounds that go up and touch windshield to prevent glare. They were done by Magneti Marrelli lighting for Mopar. They may or may not ever come to market with Magnetti now being sold by FCA.
