Trails Recommendation in Central Florida?

Just wondering if I might get some recommendation for trails in the central Florida area. I am a noob with a stock rubicon.

Daytona Beach? [emoji4] Man it’s been 20 years since I lived in Orlando. This makes me remember one of the reasons I wanted to leave. Hopefully you can find somewhere cool to hit locally.

Not sure if the Ocala national park is still wheel-able, but that had some decent trails. Rockledge used to have the sand pits that we frequented. But it's Florida, so your choices are sand or mud.
