Usually they are far cheaper than human labor in the "long" run. No benefits, healthcare, overtime, payroll taxes, unemployment, etc, not to mention, productivity levels aren't even close.

Love that video, noticed the ladies rubbing around the outer door skin, maybe they should do the inside as well. It’s a complex operation with many moving parts amazing to watch. Wonder if they let you watch yours as it’s being built? Went to the Lotus plant in the UK and they invited customers up to watch the build in progress, pretty cool.
