2dr vs. 4dr suspension

I'm assuming the 2dr springs are lighter, can someone confirm. My buddy just got a JLU sport. I told him he could use my 2dr rubi takeoff suspension but not sure if that's doable for a little bit of lift?

On the JK you could do 4 door rubi to a 2 door, but I don’t think the other way is a good idea like you said. Totally different weight & balance.

Probably not worth the effort.
