Led a group of fellow wheelers on a nice loop through the woods this weekend. Absolutely nothing extreme about it, but it beat a day of yard work :icon_crazy: It was also fun to watch my boy pilot his RZR around, he's becoming a pretty good little driver :thumb:

Our JLU loaded up and ready to hit the road:

Lots of Jeeps in the rearview mirror:

Unloading an airing down:

Part of the group at one of the first of many viewpoints for the day:

We are a couple weeks early to really catch the fall colors here in the PNW. Guess that's an excuse to head back out soon :D

Another group shot at another viewpoint:

Tragedy struck when one of our group lost a manifold burrito!! Recovery efforts were underway immediately:

As we gained elevation, we started running into slushy snow from a brief storm the night before:

We had lunch just shy of 6,900ft on top of Darland Mountain:

From the top of Darland we headed down to Blue Lake for yet another group shot:

There is a snow cabin at the top of the hill above Blue Lake:

From the cabin it's just a hop, skip, and a jump back down to the gravel parking lot where we'd left my trailer a few hours prior. Overall we put in about 42 miles of trails. Hoping to get back out again over the next few weeks to catch more of the fall colors :thumb:
