Thought I would show everyone what the 2-dr looks like with Cooper STT pro 315 70 17's NO lift and NO spacers. First pic is stock for reference.

and now..

Jeep-6.jpg

Lots of room for spare with stock plastic bumper. Do like YAHAHA said and put 1/2 inch of washers (or I made some plastic) between the spare and the mount. Camera cover won't fit, I'm going to modify later and post it up.

Not quite the right angle here, tires stick out about 1" from fenders.

Looks like 1" + clearance at full steer, did not try to flex it. Hope to have lift on this weekend then I plan to compare no spacers vs spacer when flexed.

That's a great looking Jeep! It looks awesome in that color combo.

If only I didn't need the extra room of the JLUR.

It's not just a Jeep, it's an amusement park on wheels.

Damn!!! Those look way better than I would have expected. :thumb: Didn't even realize they would fit the stock wheels! Great choice!

Yeah, I thought I would take the seat out and run to Discount Tire with the new tires. I could only fit 3 in there:doh:

Here is what I did with the spare tire and camera cover...

Made spacers out of some 1/2" poly. About 2" in dia. with 9/16" hole in center.
Spare-2.jpg

Trimmed the cover at the green line(about 1/4").
Spare-1.jpg

A little snug but locks in place.
Spare-3.jpg

Spare Fits snug on the rubber stops and brake light clears nicely.
