Reach out to uconnect, something must have gone wrong.

So I called uconnect, spoke to three different people and the last said their system shows that my Jeep is up to date. The guy didn’t really sound like he knew what the Off Road Pages were and just relied on their system. He also said to go to the dealer and have them look into it.

I would hate for the dealer to try replacing the radio for a software issue.

Hi Everyone,

Good news!

We have received an update regarding Off-Road Pages. Manual downloads will not be available on driveuconnect.com until further notice, contrary to the information we had previously provided. However, anyone needing the JORP manual download can visit their dealership at any time, as it was just made available at the end of last week. TSB 08-001-19 has been released for dealers to perform the manual update using a flash drive, and they have access to this TSB through their online technical resources. At this time, if you call the dealer and request for TSB 08-001-19 to be applied to your vehicle, they can perform the repair once you bring it in. As always, please feel free to message us with further questions.
