Just bought the 150 foot pound one. It’s easier to stow and 250 foot pounds is over kill.

250 is definitely bigger and may be harder to stow but I'd hardly call it over kill. The JL Wrangler lug nuts require 130 ft. lbs. of torque and the longer length gives you more leverage. Also, the lower control arm bolts require 190 ft. lbs. and things like your pitman arm nut actually require 250.

I second that. If you do any of your own wrenching, you’ll need a 250.

On the JL especially. A lot of the bolts got upsized and it's always easier to work bolts that require big torque with something that has a bit more leverage. At least, for me anyway.

All good points and will probably get the larger one later. The smaller one I got fits into tighter areas for not only my Jeep but my Kawasaki Side by Side. I stand down on my prior comment about over kill.

LOL!! I know, right? Surprisingly nice. Hell, nicer than the Craftsman that I used to have and broke.

If the Tekton was not on the side I would have thought it was an expensive torque wrench.
Why did I wait so long ?

Craftsman is the biggest piece of shit. The harbor freight is nicer.
