Moving out of country for work and needing chassis and engine number in order to export the jeep to Honduras. Any help would be appreciated

The engine will be engraved with the vin and the engine code. The chassis should have a sticker on it as well with the vin.

Engines haven't had vins stamped on them in a long time. There is a serial number on it.
The frame it is stamped right into the rail. I cannot remember which side it's on but just look along the frame rail.
