    Little stuff

    Aside from the major stuff (engine, transmission, upgraded interior) there are lots of smaller things that i find to make the JL a huge improvement over the JK (some of which are options):

    * LED headlights & fog lights
    * hood latches
    * the NAV (actually useful)
    * A-pillar grab handles
    * locker and sway bar controls
    * proximity entry
    * rear visibility
    * I can stand under the open rear glass
    * TPMS readout
    * transfer case selection indicator
    * no more “ESC OFF”
    * AUX switches

    What would you add (or subtract) from this list?
    2018 JLUR Granite, 3.6L auto, all the goodies; ARB "Quad" on-board air, Cooper STT Pro 37x13.5R17, Pro Comp Predator 17x8.5 wheels, Rubicon Express 2.5" lift, King remote res shocks, aFe Rock Basher exhaust, LoD Destroyer stubby front bumper, Warn Zeon 10-S, more LED lights; more to come...

    Lane detection? You mean blind spot?

    Ones I'd add
    - greatly increased visibility
    - simple to use soft top
    - easy fold windshield, even though I'd never use it
    - increased steering angle
    - HEATED STEERING WHEEL! Probably my favorite thing, yes I have issues

    I love the heated steering wheel as well. After having tendon surgery in my hand 4 years ago my hand gets stiff easy, especially in cold weather, the heated wheel is great for me.

    Might sound lame, but I geek out on the front seat back recline strap. Looks like it should have WARNING stitched into it, or PULL FOR EMERGENCY or maybe EJECT.

    That's good to hear I have pretty bad arthritis in my hands. Never had a heated wheel. Still waiting on my 2 door Rubi

    I like the seats way better than my '13 JKUR. And love the lighter freedom panels. I am not sure if the aluminum the doors are going to look good for long, seems to dent easier. A big good news/bad news, love the drivetrain, super fun but I'm averaging 18.5 MPG with 33" tires, lol

    Good idea, bad implementation: it complains constantly with my 37” spare tire. They shoulda known that would be a common use scenario.
