We are excited to launch our RS5000X shocks, with Dynamic Rebound Spring (DRS) Technology for the stock or 2" lifted Jeep Wrangler JL application. These shock, with DRS, helps reduce body roll, prevent rod overextension, just to name a few things! They ride so nice for the JL platform.

Been testing these shocks out on our lifted JL and I have to say, for the money, they are a BIG improvement over stock with shock extensions. :thumb:

At about $55 a piece, they really aren't too bad. A nice improvement over stock when running a bigger tires.

Trimming flares is not something I would personally do on a JL. If the photos you show are 37” tires and you can cycle them fully without rubbing, it doesn’t seem your system is 2” actual, since Eddie is running a 2.5” lift and is just barely clearing his tires. Would love to hear you elaborate about the driveshaft situation though.

To clarify in that pic that will be a different system. :)
They are 37" tires, no rubbing either.
The drive shaft at flex, comes apart!!!

These are 35" tires though and our 2" SPORT for the Rubicon on the 2" shocks, flexing on some 35" tires.

We MIGHT have much longer shocks, that we work with ;)
Remember we take the JL and flex it out and see what the next "issue" will be down the road..
And these shocks are MADE for the JL too.

Huh? You must have much longer shocks that stock+2.5”.

I have to say that I'm utterly confused as to why a shock can making contact with the frame rail would be "serious" or cause it to be "immediately destroyed"

Im assuming the impact would flex the seals enough by bending the body slightly to de-pressurize the shock?
