LoD, Warn and lights

Here’s the almost complete package. I installed my LoD MW and Warn M8000S winch and some lights I had sitting around. Everything was easy but Warn forgot to include the bracket for the box so I just hooked up the wires and installed the rope.
I had a great little Superwinch before this one, that I abused but I’ve got to say this thing is really fast! I had to be careful how I reeled in the rope

Warn is sending me the bracket overnight and a cover for the winch, for my troubles. :thumb:

Thanks to Eddie for the LoD write up, it made things a whole lot easier, and LoD for the great bumper. :yup:

The lights are so easy with the AUX switches. Here’s some pics.

Looking good. What size are those tires? They look larger than stock. I like the white letters out.

Thanks Eddie!! but I gotta say, I blame you. At least that’s what I tell my wife. Eddies fault! And then the standard “ who is this Eddie”? Lol

Then LoD goes and posts about their new sliders......:doh:

I recently bought the Warn M8000-S as well and mine too was missing the bracket. I ended up just making my own.

No sir, although i wish there was room. Warn didn't include the bracket to mount it. They are sending me one, so I just hooked it up to reel my rope in.

I was like......:thinking: looking for the bracket. I thought i misplaced it but the box was sealed, so I'm glad I'm not crazy....

I have been looking for old, little parts I throw in a cubby to make a bracket, even trying to mount it remotely somewhere else but it will be here Monday so........Ill probably just be lazy, but this weekend I'm going to ponder installing it somewhere else.

Warn shipped my bracket and it’s all finished. They even sent me a cover for my troubles.
