Here is a little comparison between the two! Roughly around the same size head as the JK 5.13, maybe a tad bigger per the mechanic. Mechanic said the new 44’s are more like old school 44’s due to where the pinion rides on the ring gear. Interesting stuff! Can anyone rotate the image?

Has anyone who re geared ( with a manual transmission) not used a programmer to set new gear size? I know with the JK we could get away with it. I’m really wanting to hold out until aev’s pro cal is released.

My rear axle isn’t center and I am trying to chase down a pull to the passenger side while driving. My rear axle is off center towards passenger side probably 1/2 or so. Maybe 3/4. Thoughts? Adjustable track bar? Already replaced front track bar Thanks!

Literally heard it hit the ground. Got out and there it was. Does any one have any idea what this could be from? Says 477AA on it but nothing on google for JL parts. Just TJ stuff. I looked around underneath but couldn’t find any hoses missing a clamp. Must have come from engine bay.

Wondering if anyone has tried to put these (AEV Salta) on a JL? Backspacing is around 5-5.20 but with the wider axles (1" for my sport) was hoping that they would clear everything. I know the bolt pattern is same but wondering if the studs will fit the wheel. Any feedback is welcome!

Went to ask about 2 door Rubicon’s..came home with this. Someone special ordered a JLU Sport and ended up not buying it. Ordered it with the HD rear Dana 44, manual transmission, soft top, HD electrical group..so aux switches/tow hitch/ 240 alternator. Exactly how I would have ordered one...
