I measured the “T-bar” on my Lange hoist. The distance between the metal bracket that hooks the hardtop at the rear and the hoisting eyelet is 21 inches.

With heavier wire I would use a better quality connector than what’s pictured. Measure the bolt/stud size and get the appropriate size for the wire gauge.
