The article did say the characteristics became “dangerous” when towing a trailer in windy conditions, which is no fun with any tow vehicle!

They’re not common on this forum. But putting it on the dealer (and FCA) while under warranty is always the best approach.

I’d return it to the dealer and let them deal with it since it’s under warranty. I’m assuming it’s still stock and you haven’t modified anything related to the lockers or axles.
