New Build by Off Road Evolution

I left my stock 2019 JLUR 3.6 with Off Road Evolution at their new shop in Ft. Mohave, AZ for two weeks. This build takes a lot of inspiration from Eddie and Cindy's videos of Jet Li as well as advice from Mel Wade. The Jeep is based in Reno, Nevada and will be spending a lot of time this coming year on trails in the Sierra Nevada mountains and northern Nevada desert.

List of mods:

King coilover shocks with adjustable remote reservoirs and King bump stops front and rear;
EVO long arm suspension kit;
KMC Grenade beadlocks;
Nitto 37X12.50XR17 Trail Grapplers;
Weld on axle truss and C2 gusset set:
J. E. Reel 1350 front driveshaft;
EVO vented aluminum front inner fenders;
EVO spare tire carrier;
EVO bomber rocker steps and body plates;
Genesis dual battery system;
ARB twin air compressor mounted in rear of cabin;
Warn Zeon 10-S winch;
EVO roof rack;
KC HiLiTES Gravity LED Pro6 lights.

I am also planning to replace the freedom roof panels with a Bestop for Hardtop black twill cover (which is why I chose a short roof rack).

I'm going to drive the Jeep for a while with the stock 4.10 gears before deciding on a re-gear. Mel Wade recommends sticking with the factory 4.10 gears for reliability. The Jeep handled just fine during the nine-hour drive from Ft. Mohave back to Reno and was showing 16-17 mpg on the highway.

Thanks again to Mel, Lisa, Tyler and the rest of the crew at Offroad Evolution for their high quality work and the time they spent helping me plan this build.IMG_2469.jpgIMG_2485.jpgIMG_2493.jpg

What is lift height, 3"? Are they mid arms or long arms? They look like in same position as stock.
My Jeep sits similar at static, my arms look to be in same position as yours. (3" lift, 37's and Artec mid arms)
Looks great btw (y)

I’m not sure of the exact lift height; but three inches is a pretty good estimate. I purchased the EVO long arm kit, which is a true long arm system. If you watch Part 1 of Eddie’s video on the installation of a coilover/long arm system on his JL, it is exactly the same kit installed on mine. Thanks for the compliment.
