    Stock JLUR. 35s or 37s?

So here's what 37s and no lift look like fully flexed. I am running 1.75" wheel spacers. There is contact but not enough to damage fenders or liners

    Purpose of shorty antennae?

Honestly what is the purpose of the short antennae? Mine has maybe 11" or 13" and it's constantly whack whack whack whack against the body at high speed. Very annoying. I don't get it

    Flexy Friday Show-off Thread

So 37s don't TOTALLY clear without a lift, but it's not awful. I may need to buy some extra fender clips for my next adventure...

    Music in off-road videos 😡

I personally can't stand YouTube videos from a trail (or most anything automotive) that play loud annoying royalty free music. Does it not occur to anyone (major journalist publications too) that we might ACTUALLY WANT to hear the engine struggle or roar, the tires squeal for traction, the...

37s, no beadlock, what TRAIL pressure do YOU run?

Just swapped on 37x12.5x17 KO2 on stock rims. What trail pressures have you run safely?

37s, what street pressure do YOU run?

Just ordered some 37" KO2s. Not going to lift it but that's a discussion for another thread. Just curious if there's a consensus on appropriate pressure considering my JLUR isn't THAT heavy.

Bimini top for JL? I can only find mesh, want REAL shade!

Heat index is like 140° in S. Texas. I'm looking for a Bimini top for a JLUR that TOTALLY blocks the sun as well as those once-a-year rains that fall. All I can seem to find are useless mesh screens. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Seems everyone makes them for CJ and TJ but nothing...

    Recycling fog lights

So I swapped to a tube bumper and had the factory fog lights just laying around. Decided to integrate them into the bumper facing sideways. It provides some useful light out to the sides, even if they aren't tremendously powerful. Btw... anyone know how to rotate images? It's kind of annoying...

    Stock JLUR. 35s or 37s?

I'll be upgrading rubber soon on my wife's JLUR and I definitely can't go back with 33s. I already have wheel spacers installed, so I know 35s will articulate without rubbing. However, I live in South Texas. There isn't 50' of elevation change within 100 miles of me. This Jeep isn't going to see...

Crawlin in the neighborhood / Classic never dies 😆

I added a fiberglass plate to cover the gap in the frame from the tube bumper. Just tapped the frame for bolts and used some lock tite. Planning to add on some side-facing spreader lights soon.

    The Beer Thread

If you find yourself in Texas you have to try a Hopadillo, definitely one of my favorites. Pours a head thick enough to eat with a fork. Great warm or cold.

    AC cooling performance

Now that temps have cracked 150,000 degrees celcius, I've been noticing while driving at highway speed with AC running pretty strong that occasionally I'll get heat blowing through the floor vents, but still cold through dash vents. I have to move AC to max and just wait till the floor vent...

Crawlin in the neighborhood / Classic never dies 😆

So I've never been known as one who takes good advice... Everyone told me not to run a classic tube bumper on a JL... but I did it anyway. Kinda helps complete the 4-door TJ look. Bumper installed easy, it's not meant to be trail protection, but it's a handy place to mount a pair of lights...
