OK, I'm at my wits end here. I can't seem to be able to physically remove the factory dongle plugs for the Tazer Mini JL. Is there a special tool to unplug them? I am pushing on the clip (and pulling) to remove, but can't seem to get them to budge. What am I doing wrong? Deuce2ii in Utah
