A couple folks sell kits to use bolts after being trimmed. Can probably make something yourself but they are pretty cheap. Look at American Adventure Labs, they have spacers too

Other alternative is get some Rubicon flares. They are $550 for whole set and include the new lights. LED cost same as halogen. I have a 2.5" lift and 37s on my Sport with the Rubi flares.

Your reply made me go digging so thank you. Unfortunately I was right. This is the fault type that would happen. And when it sees open (as it would with locker sensor unhooked) it would lock the locker output to current state...
