LED front turn signals

I have a 2019 JLUR, I'm replacing the stock fenders with a set with LED turn signals and DRL's. I have stock LEDS. The stock wire harness has 5 wires including the ground, the new fenders has 3 wires including the ground. My question since can't find a schematic, how do I wire this. Any help would be great. I'm sure there will be some "nice" comments, Im ready for those also.

Glad to hear that you enjoy our 'other' 'nice' comments.

Starting with the basics, the factory harness muss have a power and ground. What are the other 3 wires for? High beams? Low beams? Turn signal? Find out what does what. Then find out what the new harness/fenders do. That's a good starting point.

If I recall green stripe is the hot for turn signals and other color stripe is for marker lights. All grounds go to black. Sorry I cannot be more specific. Look at your old marker lights and wire colors on it will tell you.

I double checked mine...Turn signal-White wire with GREEN stripe. Marker light-White wire with BROWN stripe. Grounds are black.

I’m guessing you only need to splice in one ground wire to the new lights ground wire. The leftover wires just get taped off and not used? I’m doing the same thing as the OP and suck at wiring

You will tie any ground wire from your after market lights to the Black ground in the vehicle harness...if that is what you are asking. Simply...as long as your new lights are connected to chassis ground securely...your good. And not to confuse you, but the ground wire in the vehicle harness ultimately goes to the chassis.

Thanks for your reply I was just asking because they are two growing wires from the factory hardness. Do we splice those two grounds together and then splice them into the aftermarket black wire ground or just tape off one of the factory grounds? Thanks
