Who is making the 'stickiest' crawling tires?

Looking to make a change from Cooper's. Had Nitto Mud Graplers before that. Who is making real sticky rock crawlin tires?

Yup, any Red label tire is gonna hook up well. The BFG's are some of the best but yes, they are not DOT approved. They'd only last about 10k miles or less on pavement anyway.
