Has anyone experienced Camera System Unavailable when backing up?

Soon after the above my JL camera got a blue screen of death.

Being in IT, I can tell you this is not good. Lol!

Turned radio off and back on corrected the blue screen.20180324_170213.jpg

I've seen intermittent camera issues on other vehicles. They're not always easily verified when the tech looks at it. When you get back, you should at least take it in so the dealer documents your symptom. Even if they don't verify it, at least it's on record.

I did a little searching online and found camera issues seem to be common with lots of auto manufacturers. Will definitely get this documented at my dealer.

I think its more of a software issue given the fact the camera system developed a blue screen of death. So far it has been working fine. Time will tell.
