New Mopar Mud Flaps don't fit Rubicons

FYI, for those interested in the Mopar JL Splash Guards, Mopar Part #: 82215332AB -- they only fit the Sport and Sahara, not the Rubicon with high flares.
Tried to install today and learned quickly and returning to Quadratec.

On my JKU Rubicon I installed front mud flaps with removable plastic thumb screws so I could take them on and off easily as needed at a trailhead vs daily driving. I will have to wait or find a different solution for the JLU Rubi.

While I'm sure they're nice to have to keep mud and stones from hitting your hinges and rear fenders, I would highly recommend NOT installing mud flaps like these especially if you ever plan on wheeling your Jeep.

What do you recommend as a solution to stop the gravel rash on the rear fender flares, hinges and doors of the Wrangler?

I would be very interested to know.

I installed some RallyArmor, Subaru guys use these a lot, and they are flexible and not too long. I put them on to try to help with salt in the winter but since they are somewhat flexible they bend from the wind while driving and didn’t do a lot for protection then.

A good set of rock rails did the best job for me.
