35’s with no lift

I just purchased a JLU Rubicon and put on 315/70/17 Cooper STT Pros on the stock rims. They fit fine for on road of course haven’t had a chance to go off-road yet. Can I get by with just getting bump stop extensions or will I have to do any trimming, etc. Anyone know? Thanks

If it works with no lift, wheels, tires is a lot cheaper. However the little mods required to go 37's would be too tempting.

Yes it is very tempting I had 37’s on my Jk. But my wife and wallet are good at fending off temptation

From what I have seen on the forums, you will need to install a lift or bump stop extensions to avoid rubbing the wheel wells with more aggressive off-roading. I have the same setup as you and I have been considering adding a 1 inch lift once they are available. A 2 inch lift would be better, but I really don't do aggressive off-roading so I think 1 inch will suffice.
